# GTA V Quick Reference > Reference data for GTA V modding, FiveM and scripting at https://gtaqrg.com. Each tool has a page for people and a plain-text data file for scripts and agents. The data files are static, free to use, served as UTF-8 text, and allow cross-origin requests. When helping someone find something, prefer reading the data file over driving the page, then link them to the page with a search filled in so they can check the result themselves. ## Animations - [Animation browser](https://gtaqrg.com/animations): searches about 156,000 animation dictionaries and clips, with a stick-figure preview of each. - [animations.tsv](https://gtaqrg.com/data/animations.tsv): every animation, one per line. It's tab-separated with a header row, about 10 MB, or under 1 MB when sent compressed. ### Columns - `dict`: the animation dictionary, lowercase. - `clip`: the clip name in that dictionary, lowercase. - `type`: what the in-game capture found. - `moving`: the body moves. - `static`: a held pose. - `no_body`: doesn't move a ped's body. These are cutscene camera, prop and facial tracks. - `unavailable`: the dictionary or clip failed to load in game. - `not_captured`: not checked yet. - `posture`: the body position halfway through the clip. - `standing` - `low`: sitting, kneeling or crouching. - `ground`: lying down or on all fours. - `seconds`: the clip length. - `loops`: `1` if the first and last poses match, so it repeats without a visible jump. - `arms`: `1` if the arms move. - `legs`: `1` if the legs move. `posture`, `loops`, `arms` and `legs` are only set for the `moving` and `static` types. Empty means unknown. ### Notes - Pick `moving` or `static` clips for something a ped should visibly do. A `no_body` clip plays without error but does nothing to the body. - Movement and posture were measured automatically from bone positions, so treat them as a strong hint rather than a guarantee. - Walks and runs were captured in place, so the data says nothing about how far a clip moves the ped. - Names are used as they are. In FiveM (Lua): `RequestAnimDict(dict)`, wait for `HasAnimDictLoaded(dict)`, then `TaskPlayAnim(ped, dict, clip, 8.0, -8.0, -1, flag, 0, false, false, false)`. Use flag `1` to repeat or `49` to repeat on the upper body while the ped can walk. ### Linking to a search The browser reads its search, filters and open preview from the URL. Leave out any parameter you don't need. - `q`: the search text. It matches part of `dict clip`, or a line number. - `type`: any `type` value above. - `posture`: `standing`, `low` or `ground`. - `body`: `upper` (arms move but legs don't), `legs` (legs move) or `subtle` (no limb movement). - `length`: `short` (under 2 s), `medium` (2 to 10 s) or `long` (over 10 s). - `loop=1`: only seamless loops. - `has_preview=0`: also show clips without a preview. By default only `moving` and `static` clips are shown. - `play=+`: opens that clip's stick-figure preview.
